Ballydehob

Ballydehob, the Gateway to the Mizen Peninsula in West Cork is the best of many worlds. It's rural charms, rich heritage and natural beauty epitomise the traditional Ireland that visitors love so much. It is also unabashedly and confoundingly modern in its diversity of people and trade. The area is well known for its artists, writers and alternative types. Now it is home to a growing number of innovators and trend setters, some who found it and couldn't leave, many who left and came back, and mostly those who held down the fort for the rest of us. Our home is rich in tradition, culture, music and craft nestled on Roaringwater Bay along the Wild Atlantic Way. Have we got a story for you! Pull up a stool.
